We were fortunate to aquire this lovely young female in the summer of 2004. She has been raised as a house dog and is one of the most loving and affectionate dogs we have ever known. Izzy has lots of play, prey and retrieval drive and is very terrritorial of our yard and property, but has a sweet and trusting temperament. She is excellent with adults and kids, and male dogs. Cats are tolerated but will be chased if they run. She does like to sleep on the furniture when inside, if allowed. :)

Izzy is a daughter of Brooklyn who also lives here with us. . Izzy is a full sister to the winner of the 2004 Schutzhund 3 HOT (handler, owner trained) Tournament (Cynthia Zimmermans dog Vis, who also placed 7th at the 2005 Belgian Shepherd world championships) and many of her siblings are working in law enforcement and other protection related careers or sports.

Our first litter with Izzy produced excellent pups with loads of prey drive, good bone and substance and excellent nerves. They are currently being worked in SchH, SAR and law enforcement.
